From the Winter 2012 issue of Kings Pointer Magazine,
Bob Andrea is stationed on board the USS Blue Ridge, the flagship of the 7th Fleet, as a Tomahawk mission planner. He already visited New Caledonia, Brisbane, and Cairns Australia; Busan, Korea; and Naples, Italy. Bob wrote KPS on a sign at the top of Mount Vesuvius for anyone who heads that way… Thanks Bob! He also crossed the equator for the first time and is now officially a shellback. He’s getting underway again early next year and will tour much of the West Pacific. He’s planning to be home for Christmas, when he and his father plan on getting their glider ratings on their FAA pilot certificates. He wishes everyone a Merry Christmas, Happy Holidays, and Happy New Year.
Brendan Gray is still up in Whidbey Island, WA as a Weapons School Instructor.
As for me, I just returned from a month at sea and now back in Everett, WA. My wife and I are expecting our first child sometime soon, so look for the pic in the next KPer. Drop me a line when you get a chance I’d love to hear from all of you.
